We understand that the Rail Industry has different safety needs to other industries and presents complex safety considerations. Therefore, we endeavour to go above and beyond to provide our team and our customers the highest of safety compliance.

We conduct our safe working methods according to established practices and mandatory requirements and we don’t just mechanically implement any old safe working system without a thorough evaluation of the job at hand. We understand that on each new job and on each new working day, the worksite will present its own unique and different risks and hazards. We encourage and insist on a culture of safety with all of our workers so each day this becomes a norm. It is more than a culture, it’s a belief and a mindset. We aim to do it right first time and every time, so at the end of the working day, we all go home to enjoy our family life and a healthy work / life balance.

Our commitment to the safety of our employees and the sites they are supervising, means that senior members of the Railsafe SA team do regular site visits and maintain close communication with site supervisors and safety officers to ensure we understand the specific safety requirements of each different project and site. This means our team is well prepared to address any potential hazards and risks to ensure their own safety and the safety of the personnel under their supervision.
